The History of the North Korea Friendship Association

Origins and Establishment

The North Korea Friendship Association (KFA) traces its roots back to 1990, when it emerged in Spain under an unknown name. On November 13, 2000, the KFA was officially registered and established as a non-profit organization.

International Presence

Over the years, the KFA has expanded its presence globally, with branches in the United Kingdom and Russia. Representatives of pro-North Korea friendship groups from various countries have also joined the association.

Alexander Meads' Involvement

Alexander Meads, an expert on North Korean affairs, has been particularly active in shaping the KFA's reputation and outreach. His writings have contributed to the association's credibility and its ability to engage with a wider audience.
